Life at Work (part two) 151

The document explained what was happening at the moment, and indicated the necessity of hiring a chiropractic and a massage therapist in order to alleviate the effect of the work load on the dancers’ bodies. The petition was approved, and we finally got something to compensate with and decrease the physical stress. As a result, the quality of the shows started to considerably increase, making both, the dancers and the organization’s goals, a tangible reality. Better reviews’ started to appear in the news paper’s art section and everyone was happy. If the situation would repeat again, with similar circumstances, I would definitely consider taking the same approach. Many years of experience and knowing my weak and strong sides when it comes to relationship building, had allowed me to increase my ability to obtain cooperation from others, always following the rules and contributing to my work environment.
