I decided to change my diet about
two years ago to what is known as "paleo diet". I don’t considerate
it as a diet but as a lifestyle. The "paleo diet" tries to
mimic the nutritional profile that our hunter-gatherer ancestors had and lived
on for ions. Centered on vegetables, fruits and organic grass feed meat, this
is an interesting option to people that are interested on their health and well-being.
I must say this is the best I had ever felt in my entire life. I hope
this becomes more common among the general population that is consuming the
standard American diet and is suffering the consequences of consuming this
unnatural regimen that doesn't provide the body with the essential nutrients
that it needs in order to function correctly. I had started to encourage
some of my friends to try it, and they are experiencing very positive results
that further motivate them to share it with their friends and family. Our
ancestors did not have all the diseases that we have nowadays and I think the
way the used to eat had to do a lot with it.
